Claudia joined Western Industries Corporation in 1985 as Administrative Director. Since that time, she has held numerous management positions, developing a vast knowledge of all business facets. Her management style is collaborative and team-oriented.

Claudia received a BBA specializing in Merchandising/Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA with an emphasis in Higher Education. She has been active in many charitable and cultural organizations over the years. Each year, Claudia works with the Art Therapy Program at the Jimmy Everest Cancer Center in conjunction with the fundraiser, Art with a Heart.
